Tang Soo Do
While it is quite a modern art - developed in only 1936 by Grandmaster Hwang Kee - Tang Soo Do’s roots lie in the much older Korean art of Soo Bahk Do, while also borrowing techniques from Kung Fu. Literally translated, its name means “Way of the China hand.”
Practise this art and you will follow both mental and physical training which focuses on whole body endurance, and spiritual development. It is not about fighting for fighting’s sake, but rather perfecting techniques that will enhance your total self.
